CEO Event

The event will be Tuesday, January 30, 2018, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Saint Gregory Armenian Community Center located at 3501 Century Drive in Granite City, Illinois. Our mission is to connect businesses, restaurants and the people of our Granite City area in order to promote and grow our community.

Here is the schedule for January 30:

3:00 p.m. Doors open for you to set up
4:00 – 4:30 p.m. B2B, Business to business networking
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Doors open to the public

General Admission Tickets:

The cost for adults to attend our event is $15 in advance, and $20 at the door. The cost of tickets for students with a school ID is $10. Children ages five and under are free. Tickets will be sold by CEO students and on Eventbrite.com. The event will include a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction, T-shirts, and music. All attendees will have the opportunity to taste your menu items one time.

Restaurant Owners:

We are excited to add the opportunity for you to connect with other business owners in our community. We would like to exhibit your restaurant and allow all attendees to sample items from your menu. You will be provided with a 2 by 6 ft. table and a small sign with your restaurant name. You will need one person to assist with serving food. We ask you to provide items to serve your food such as plates, bowls, utensils, and napkins. You may hand out coupons, business cards, menu, etc.

Business Owners:

You will be provided with a 2 by 6 ft. table, a small table sign, and two adult tickets. You are welcome to market your business and products, distribute business cards, flyers, coupons, and any other information to share with attendees.

Non Profit Business $50

Home Based Business $100 Includes:
● A 2x6 ft table to promote and sell your product or service.
● Your business advertised on our event T-shirts. (Business name on list)

Business Package $150 Includes:
● Two tickets for admission to the event, valued at $30.
● A 2x6 ft table to promote and sell your product or service.
● Your business advertised on the back of our event T-shirts.(Business name on list)

Advanced Package $300 Includes:
● Four tickets for admission to the event, valued at $60.
● A 2x6 ft table, to promote and sell your product or service.
● CEO features a 2-5 minute promotional video of your business throughout the event. (Video must be provided before the event)
● Your business advertised on the back of our event T-shirts.(Business name on list)

Event Sponsorship $1,000 Includes:
● Ten tickets for admission to the event, valued at $150.
● A 2x8 ft table, to promote and sell your product or service.
● Choice of table location in advance.
● CEO features a 2-10 minute promotional video of your business throughout the event. (Video must be provided before the event)
● Your business and logo will be put on display in the CEO class slideshow.
● Your Business advertised on all promotional and marketing items. The flyer, poster, bag, program, etc.
● Your business advertised on the front and sleeves of event T-shirts. (Name and Logo)
● Checks payable to Coordinated youth and Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
