A class day at our host business, Nicol Financial Services, found students finishing up the detailed income statement from our Savor the Season event, reflecting on the event and completing a self-assessment. Students wrote thank you notes to all our vendors for participating in our event and addressed envelopes. Three students, Jade Heuer, Joseph Thomas and Ryan Boschert, were filmed by CGI Communications, Inc., for a video for the City of Granite City. The students talked about CEO and the difference it has made in their lives. Thank you to Mr. Kevin Nicol for giving CEO students this opportunity. Students decided to obtain a few more donations so they can surpass the profit from the first Granite City CEO class.

Reflection by CEO student Jade Heuer:

Thursday was camera day. At Nicol, we were being recorded for a video for the city. While that happened, we continued writing thank you letters. At the end of class Joey, Ryan B, and myself all did a video. We all talked about CEO and what it has taught us. I talked about the good things in Granite City and how many opportunities we have here right in town. That was a good experience and I cannot wait to see the outcome of the production.
