Tyler Strack became interested in the CEO class after hearing some of his friends talk about CEO in previous years. As a sophomore, Tyler and a friend created a website selling sunglasses, which sparked his interest in CEO even more. Tyler was the second place winner in the Granite City CEO pitch competition, Shark Tank simulation, with his start up business T Prints. Tyler played soccer his first two years of high school and volleyball his last two years, developing a deep passion for the sport. Tyler has worked in his father's lawn care business in the summers since seventh grade and worked as a lifeguard at 16. He really liked working with his father the most because he was his own boss and he set his own schedule.

Tyler's future plans include studying business and begin working to build assets. Tyler wants to pursue real estate and start another business. He hopes to continue his CEO business and grow it into a well known clothing brand.

Final Reflection by Tyler Strack
--
CEO taught me so much my senior year and I'm really sad to be saying goodbye to it so soon when it was cut so short. I learned so many soft skills this year that I never had before CEO. I feel so much more comfortable talking to people and in front of people. I feel that CEO gave me confidence about myself that I didn't have before and it has matured me more into a young adult. I'm going to miss going on business visits every other day and getting to see how they are managed. I'm so glad that I was in the CEO program; it truly is such an amazing program. After being in the program, I feel that I am better prepared for life after high school.

Congratulations Tyler Strack! Class of 2020!
