Steve Zuber from Barber Murphy Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm visited the Granite City CEO Program on Wednesday September 16th. He explained the difference between commercial and residential real estate. He also went into local taxes, what they are used for and explained what TIF’s (Tax Increment Financing) are and how they are used to motivate development.

Mr. Zuber also outlined what attributes you would need to be successful in the real estate field and in life in general.
