Latrell Smith

About Me

Latrell Smith has lettered in two varsity sports: soccer and baseball. His prestigious honors include soccer all-conference,  being selected to participate in the Student Leadership Council, Job Shadow, and the Mannie Jackson Center for Humanities Foundation. He also is a co-founder of Warrior Flock, a charter high school chapter of 3 Little Birds 4 Life (a not for profit started by a local teacher to provide wishes for adults with cancer). When Latrell has free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends, family, and attending church services and volunteering for activities at his church.

As of now, he plans to study psychology or business at East Central College in Missouri, while also continuing his soccer career. He is the proud owner of Buddy's Desserts, specializing in baking pound cakes from recipes that have been in his family for generations.

"Starting CEO, I knew it was going to impact my social ability to communicate and connect with people in my everyday life. I can honestly say it very much did that, but also has allowed me to choose a career path for my studies at East Central College. I would like to say thank you to the guest speakers and the businesses we have visited, and the CEO board members for allowing us to participate in the program."
