About Me

Ashlynn Merz was heavily involved in school and sports. She participated in National Honor Society, Warrior Flock, Varsity Club, peer tutoring, and as an ALPHA leader. A varsity cheerleader throughout high school, her team placed fifth at state two consecutive years. She plans to attend Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to pursue a degree in Dermatology. Ashlynn is the proud owner of Lavish, a handmade natural bath bomb line. “The CEO program has taught me more about my future success than any other class at Granite City High School. I have been exposed to the insights of entrepreneurs and have met very successful individuals whom I aspire to be like. I want to personally thank Mrs. Greenwald for being the best facilitator and making this class the most enjoyable experience of my high school career.”
